YOUNGSTOWN, OH - The Youngstown Phantoms are excited to announce the return of the Pucks and Pints event. This event will take place on Wednesday, August 23rd at Quaker Steak and Lube. Check in will begin at 5 pm, and the games will start at 6 pm. The registration deadline is August 11th.
Each team will consist of 4 players, (3 players and a goalie). All players must be 21 or older. The entry fee per team is $150. This fee includes a two hour buffet, two pints of Miller Lite or Coors Light, Phantoms shot glass, and a home opener ticket. Prizes will be given to first, second, and third place teams. The spectator fee is $20, which includes a two hour buffet, one pint of Miller Lite or Coors Light and a raffle ticket.
Teams must wear the same color shirt or jersey (recommended to bring two sets). Each team must bring their own equipment. No skates required, games are on foot. We recommend players wear knee pads, gloves, mouth guards and some form of protective eyewear, but it is not required. Players can rent sticks – we recommend a $5 donation to support the Phantoms Hockey for Health program. The event will go on rain or shine.
